Full Service Menu — Southeast Freight Dispatch
_Everything we sell. Core dispatch is the engine; the rest is high-margin add-ons. Prices benchmarked against published 2026 competitor rates (FF Dispatch, Truck Dispatching USA)._
Core — live now
Full-service dispatch — 8% of gross per load Load sourcing, rate negotiation, carrier packets, rate cons, check calls, tracking, detention/TONU claims, factoring + fuel card setup, weekly settlement tracking. $0 upfront, pay only on booked loads, 14-day walk-away.
Dedicated lanes program — live now
How we actually get carriers steady freight (no fairy tales):
- RXO Connect dedicated lanes (day one) — carrier signs up free at rxo.com,
we search "Dedicated Lanes" together, bid with their capacity and dates. RXO specialist responds ~24h; once assigned, loads come on priority.
- Amazon Relay auctions (week 2-6) — carrier runs Relay spot loads to build
a C+ performance grade (B for reefer), then we bid 3–6 month one-way contracts in their lanes. Free to join at relay.amazon.com.
- Broker repeat freight → steady lanes — after 3–5 clean loads with a broker,
we ask for their recurring freight on our lanes. Reliable carriers get first call; that's a de-facto dedicated lane.
- Direct shipper contracts (long game) — once a carrier has 6+ months of clean
history with us, we approach shippers directly (South FL produce, building materials). This is earned, not promised on day one.
Never promise a carrier dedicated lanes on day one. Promise the program and the work.

Carrier referral program — $200
Bring us another owner-operator. When they book their first load with us, you get $200 — cash or credit against our fees, your choice. No limit. Our cheapest acquisition is a happy carrier telling another driver.
What we do NOT do
- We never broker freight (no authority, no $75k bond) — we work as the carrier's agent.
- We never promise rates, lanes, or timelines we can't control.
- Nothing paid gets bought until carrier settlements cover it.
